Gill Red Angus operates as a seedstock provider, offering registered Red Angus cattle, commercial heifers, and hay. All sales, including auction bidding and private treaty purchases, are subject to the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of sale. Prices and availability of cattle, catalogs, and hay are subject to change without notice.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

When you opt-in to receive text messages from Gill Red Angus (e.g., by checking the consent box on our contact or catalog request forms), you agree to the following terms regarding our SMS program:

• Program Description: Gill Red Angus utilizes text messaging to send relevant business communications to opted-in customers. These messages may include transactional alerts, responses to your inquiries, sale reminders (April and December sales), updates on hay availability, and promotional marketing messages.
• Opting In: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you grant Gill Red Angus explicit permission to send you text messages.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on the season and your specific inquiries.
• Opting Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

• Cost Disclosure: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, Message and Data Rates May Apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
• Privacy: If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in data and phone numbers will not be shared or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.
